9800 email and pin headers problem

Hi, I am developing a website where will only access if the pin are registered in the database. The problem is that the blackberry 9800 does not send the http headers, while the blackberry 9300 curve  they do. What can be caused this problem with bb 9800?. The server is configured as I read the manuals on this site. Edit: In the BlackBerry 9800 simulator works.

Are both BlackBerry Smartphones connected to the same BES?  From your description is sounds like they are not, which would explain why you are only seeing the email & PIN HTTP headers included in Web traffic from the 9300.
