App launch


This is my first post in the forums. I am having an issue during app testing, that when I try to open the app, an error message appears "Error loading the app, check your internet connection" even if the device already connected to internet.

How to resolve this issue?

Which device model and OS version are you testing on.  Is this a live device, or simulator?

What OS are you building on?

Do you have Java Installed?

If you take your device and go to About -> Network is the number good (I would expect 192.168.0.xxx)

Please note that I've scrambled all the numbers and codes but the rest is what you should see
