Application Aproved and Denied

Hi,

 

I submit an application to App World for the Playbook.

 

My App is working perfect on the simulator 0.9.4, and it's signed correctly. What I don't understand is the emails I received from RIM:

 

First mail: ***BlackBerry App World Notification - File Release Approved ***

Second mail: ***BlackBerry App World Notification - Product Approval ***

Third mail:  ***BlackBerry App World Notification - Product Denied ***

 

I don't understand how a product is aproved and denied at the same time. The reason for deny it is

 

- Application does not connect to the internet, display box remains empty.

 

But app is working ok on my simulator (0.9.4)

 

I have sent email to blackberryappworldnotifications@rim.com and blackberryappworldrequests@rim.com, but I have no response.

 

If I enter to my AppWorld account and look on the details of my app, I see all my releses in approved state, but the global state of my app is denied.

 

Anyone in this situation? It's possible that it's a mistake? Shoul I upload my release again?

There was a poster here sometime ago with a similar situation (in fact, I wondered if your post was related to that one).  You should search older posts to see how that got resolved.  I think it was in the past couple of weeks.

Yes, I saw it.

 

The solution was that Blackberry make mistake. I have already sent an email to blackberry, 6 days ago, and I got no response. One month ago, I have another problem, sent an email, and never get response.

 

So, I hope someone here has a similar problem and can help me without having to wait for RIM emails...

Not sure if you were reffering to the issue I had but I found that contacting them through the vendor portal works better.

 

In the portal click on Help on the left sidebar and on the next page there should be a link to their support form.

I got a reply within 2-3 days if I remember correctly.
