Re: BB 10 signing keys location

I am having the same issue. I have applied for keys so many times. Have even upgraded to BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK 1.0.1.6. The issue Persist. I have also downloaded the Native SDK for Blackberry 10 and the same key works perfectly with them sitting in the default location as i already uploaded a native App on AppWorld as well

C:\Users\"MY USER NAME"\AppData\Local\Research In Motion

I am running WIndows 7 x64 ... This is so frustrating as i have applications ready to be uploaded for App World. Desperately in need of HELP TIM ...

Re: BB 10 signing keys location

Which version of the WebWorks SDK are you working with, where is it installed, and where is your code at? The original poster had to update his SDK in order to work with different drives.

My SDK is installed C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK 1.0.1.6

I get my Code files in zip file and my config.xml file looks like this

Re: BB 10 signing keys location

What is the command line that you are using to build and sign the app?

Re: BB 10 signing keys location

And where is that run? Is your zip on another drive from the SDK?

Re: BB 10 signing keys location

I copy and paste it in the same folder as bbwp.bat

Re: BB 10 signing keys location

Can you try a different folder? I am sure that is not a tested scenario.

Hi Tim. Seems the Graphical Aid page got the informaton to be ready for BB10, but how could this be done. Since I couldn't comment the post directly I can not ask there. In the Graphical Aid there is the BB Tablet OS SDK and the BB WebWorks SDK location to be added, but what about BB10 SDK location, which of them we need to use? THX.

Re: BB 10 signing keys location

Hello TIM,

Thanks a BUNCH, now it did work, seems to be BUG as this behavior works perfectly fine on Smartphone WebWorks and Playbook WebWorks. My suggestion to the team is to acknowledge it and hopefully recitify it in the next build.

Once again thanks for saving me the day Smiley Happy

regards
