We’ve created a mobile site ffor a client and have been advised that the site is not rendering correctly on their Blackberry 9000. We've taken some pics which show the black bars that are showing on their phone as attached below along with details of the OS.
We’re unable to replicate the issue on the BB 9000 emulator or 2 of the 9000 units we have in the office. We’re at a loss as to what might be causing this and how to resolve?!?

Do the BlackBerry Smartphone simulators and/or BlackBerry Bold 9000s you are testing on have the same BlackBerry Device Software version?
What browser is the user using, BlackBerry Browser (BlackBerry Enterprise Server), Internet Browser (BlackBerry Internet Service - Browsing), WAP Browser (carrier's WAP gateway) or Hotspot Browser (Wi-Fi network)?
Can you provide a URL to a page that triggers the issue?

Thanks for your reply Mark,
The only info we have on the device versions etc is from the picture in this thread. The site is currently on our dev server at http://merivalemobile.deepend.com.au
I've tried this on a range of emulator versions with no errors.
If we can't resolve the issue then we'll need to give some figures on the amount of handsets exposed to the same problem. Are you able to provide info on the qty of 9000 models with this version of software?

Is that server open to the public? I am not able to connect to it (connection refused).
Also, please try to find out the type of browser they are seeing this with. They can find this under Options, Advanced Options, Browser.
