Hello,

I'd start with out Getting Started docs, it'll take you through setup, to deploying a hello world app.

Re: BB10 web development

yea, i understand those, but are there any tutorials on how to do all the actions or functions, i.e. link a button to another screen or how to set up different screens etc. Since I really can't find a BB 10 web app, i'm kind of lost on what i am doing now.

or

they are all html, and i need to study html tutorials.

Re: BB10 web development

Hi Bryan!

First of all, before BB development, i came from a C# world. I made WP7 apps. Then i have decided to develop apps for PlayBook using WebWorks. Back then i was like.. "Ughh it's so hard" but all you need to do is to trust RIM and read their awesome documentation for BlackBerry 10 using WebWorks:

https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/install_and_configure_ww_bb10_2007535_11.html

Since you came from a Java environment before, you can use Eclipse as your IDE. And you can also use ANT for a faster way to compile webworks apps. Hope you enjoy developing BlackBerry apps using Web Technologies. Smiley Happy
