I have just download the blackberry eclipse webdevelopment kit. When I launch the debug mode on a simple index.html website,the blackberry can't connect to it and I don't know why... Also the blackberry does not seems to have internet...

It "could" be a Windows 7 issue. BlackBerry tooling doesn't officially support Windows 7.
Have you installed eclipse into the Program Files directory? It could be Windows UAC disallowing writes to files that the built in MDS simulator requires.
