Blackberry webworks send sms callback

[ Edited ]

I am using following function to send sms in blackberry webworks

blackberry.message.sms.send(data, "+919988540758");

 I am able to send sms message but if sometimes it fails, I never know in my code if the sms is sent or not

is there any callback function that can tell me about my message status sent/failed

or there is any way where I can check this

Re: Blackberry webworks send sms callback

Good point. The listeners only tell about new messages, so it would be useful to have some callbacks linked to send().

Something for the bug tracker maybe?

Re: Blackberry webworks send sms callback

I don't think so since if the message doesn't even leave the phone, you wouldn't know and if the user receives a failure message, you wouldn't be able to parse it properly given what you're able to read from it.
