BrowserSession issue

I m using BrowserSession in my application to logon  to web page.

i.e

BrowserSession site = Browser.getDefaultSession();
site.displayPage("http://mywebpage.com");

Will it affect my application I means to say will it slowdown the application or any issue.

 Thnx

Re: BrowserSession issue

All that does is launch the browser to display the page. shouldn't affect performance of your application since it's merely spawning a task then continuing on.  Note that there was a bug in 4.2 device software, you have to add an additional line of code to force the browser to display.

If you want the page to open in the app directly, be sure to take a look at the browser field API's
