Can WebWorks Javascript be disabled at a Corporate Level?

I have a "company" BlackBerry which I've loaded some sample WebWorks applications on and it seems that the javascript in the applications does not run.

I know that the "Enable JavaScript" option for the web browser is disabled and locked (at the corporate level).

Does this browser setting affect WebWorks applications?

Is there some other setting that would disable JavaScript from running in a WebWorks application?

Thanks...

Yes, the IT Policy setting to disable JavaScript in the browser also affects WebWorks applications.
