Cannot access to web

Hello, um actually 2 days ago i was going to go browse the web and this 'Uncaught exception: Shared webkit unavailable: null' thing came out and i can't get access to the web ever since, i was thinking maybe someone could offer some help?

 

what does it mean by 'Uncaught exception: Shared webkit unavailable: null' ?
