Are you tring to open a pre-created database?  Or are you having trouble creating and using a SQL database with your app?

SQL Databases can only be opened by the same app that created them.  You will not be able to attach to a pre-created database that you distribute with your application.

Unfortunately you will not be able to open and view your database with another tool.  The database is encrypted and can only be accessed with the encryption key stored with your WebWorks application

I would suggest just performing a select and writing the results to a div on your webpage. Should do the trick...
