Disable Save Option In Browser

When I navigate to a URL in the Browser that serves a .WAV file the Browser gives me two options "Open" or "Save". If I click "Open" it plays the audio in the Media Player, if I click "Save" it tries to save the file on the device. Is it possible to disable the "Save" option so that the audio can still be listened to in the Media Player, but a local copy cannot be saved onto the device?

Same issue.

Can this popup be disabled altogether? I have an app where I always want to play the audio.
