You need blackberry-signer version 3.0.9 or higher to do this. You can check the version by running blackberry-signer without any parameters. The version will be listed at the top out the output.
For WebWorks, version 3.0.9 is included in the new 2.0 beta of the WebWorks SDK. Previous SDK releases have a lower version of blackberry-signer, which doesn't support BlackBerry ID Tokens.

Now I just run the command from C:\Program Files (x86)\BlackBerry\BB10 WebWorks SDK 184.108.40.206\cordova-blackberry\bin\dependencies\bb-tools\bin
version is 3.0.9
and now appears other error:
Error: The signature on the code signing request didn't verify. The likely cause of this problem is entering an incorrect CSK password.
And I am sure I have my CSK password correct because it's the password that i use nowadays for sign my apps when i execute bbwp with -g parameter with the same password form cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK 220.127.116.11

Are you using the same Windows account when you sign and link? It's possible to configure different keys with different passwords for each Windows user. Another thing to note is that the passwords are case sensitive.

Try typing out the command instead of using copy and paste. Copy and paste can sometimes change the - character from dash to hyphen, which causes problems with command line parameters.

Try using a BlackBerry ID Token with the same password as your existing code signing keys so that both passwords are the same.

I cannot generate a bbidtoken with same password because my current password CSK is 12 length, and in bbidtoken max lenght of password is 10
Thanks for you help Mark.

Can you try to sign a BAR file using the same blackberry-signer you are trying to use to link? They should all be pulling from the same signing keys, but this will verify the password.
