Error reported by blackberry team

i got the following error from blackberry team even though no such problem comes while running my webworks app in the ripple emulator.

Can anybody suggest a possible problem?

If the user launches the application, then the application will go to a page with an error. The application has no other functionality.  Steps to reproduce:  1. Launch the application. 2. Notice error message, "Error! This file could not be found. Check the URL and try again. If the URL is correct, check that your media card is properly inserted in your device" is displayed

The application's functionality could not be tested because the application failed to launch.

Re: Error reported by blackberry team

Sounds to me like the "content" element in your config.xml is pointing to the wrong file.

Here's what I use,  it tells the app to load 'index.html'.  Perhaps you have a typo here, or the file doesn't not exist.

<content src="local:///index.html" />
