Ok, I'm back... Any progress on this issue? I pasted the output in my previous post.

Was waiting for you to get back on
Can you get to the .bar file that was created before deploying it? Either the one from Ripple under the /device folder of the output folder or the one you created manually that you wanted to deploy.
Once you have the .bar file, copy it somewhere (or use the same file) and rename it to have the .zip extension. BAR files are basically .zip files with a different extension. Once you have renamed it, extract all the files in the new .zip file. We are going to look at one particular file called the MANIFEST.MF file located in the META-INF folder. You can open that file using a text editor. Once you have it opened, paste the file contents into this thread. We'll take it from there. Thanks!

Hi J Rab,
I opened the MANIFEST.MF file in a text editor and there it was... Anyway I think that's the reason (see the bold line). I pasted only the upper portion (I think that'll be enough, the rest is really long).
Archive-Manifest-Version: 1.2 Archive-Created-By: BlackBerry Tablet OS Air BAR Packager 1.1.1 Package-Type: application Package-Author: Sample Inc. Package-Author-Id: testU2FtcGxlIEluYy4gICAgICA Package-Name: HelloWorldAppbef9fc9281eb5c31c527e441e88a37b Package-Id: testDev_e441e88a37b82dea390 Package-Version: 18.104.22.168 Package-Version-Id: testMS4wLjAuMCAgICAgICAgICA Package-Architecture: armle-v7 Application-Name: Hello World Application-Id: testDev_e441e88a37b82dea390 Application-Description: Hello World location display Application-Version: 22.214.171.124 Application-Version-Id: testMS4wLjAuMCAgICAgICAgICA Application-Category: core.all Application-Requires-System: Tablet OS/126.96.36.199 Application-Development-Mode: true Entry-Point-Name: Hello World Entry-Point: WEBKIT_TABS_SUPPORTED=false WEBKIT_CONTEXT_MENU_SUPPORTED=false WEBKIT_SELECTION_SUPPORTED=false WEBKIT_WEBGL_SUPPORTED=true WEBKIT_NUMBER_OF_BACKINGSTORE_TILES=6 app/air/HelloWorld-app.xml Entry-Point-Type: Qnx/Air Entry-Point-Icon: air/appicon.png Entry-Point-Orientation: auto Entry-Point-User-Actions: read_geolocation,access_internet
I'm guessing the name I entered in config.xml has been completely ignored for the bar file.

It sounds like you are having the same problems as this user here:
Try running through that thread and see if that helps out. Let me know how it goes -- good luck!

Yeah, it was the same issue. Did one of the solutions there, worked perfectly.
Here's what I did:
Add or edit the following 3 lines to <Path-to-SDK>/bbwp/AirAppTemplates/src/blackberry-
<publisher>Cuibono Studios</publisher> <author>Cuibono Studios</author> <authorId>gYxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx</authorId>
The "xxxxx..." part is the authorId taken from the MANIFEST.MF file inside my debug token (just extracted it like a zip file and opened the manifest in a text editor).

It's no problem at all -- I remember starting out myself -- glad I could help
the post that should be marked is this one i think (since it had a link to the solution you used):
Good luck with the rest of your development -- don't be shy and make sure to ask any questions you may have down the road!
