We have just released an update for BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha users that corrects the "program has ended" issue. You can update using Desktop Manager, which is available here.

Marc, this is not totally true.
I updated my device yesterday twice - using the manager as recommended.
Device still showing error.
Any other suggestions?

Hi Marc. Are you running the latest BB10 OS update version 10.0.9.388? I think with this release it should really be fixed then. Give it a try to update like shown here: https://developer.blackberry.com/devzone/blackberr
