Re: Focus Based Navigation on Web pages

Hi There,

If you can answer a few questions it will help us get you going in the right direction.

- Are you trying to make the focus based navigation work in a BlackBerry Widget?

- Which version of the BlackBerry operating system is your Curve smartphone using?

- What seems to be the issue that you are running into?

Have you followed the steps in the following document for Widget navigation..

Or walked through the sample found here for widgets:

Re: Focus Based Navigation on Web pages

Hi Tim,

I am also involved on the same thing.

Yes, we have tried Widget and were able to figure out that it is possible inside the BlackBerry widget. But what we are looking at is getting that thing worked with controls lying solely on the web page.

We want to able to open a web page using browser on BlackBerry and web page should provide the same navigation feature as provided by BlackBerry widget by this configuration

    <rim:navigation mode="focus" />

Is there a way to do it using just HTML controls?

Re: Focus Based Navigation on Web pages

I'm trying focus based since yesterday.

I have problems with the input type password and one js autocompleter input.

Do you have this problems too?
