HTML Navigation Timing API, responseStart value

Hi, I'm trying to use the html Navigation Timing api from the browser of a Blackberry Bold 9900.

I'm trying to make sense of the value returned from the responseStart attribute of the PerformanceTiming interface.

On Chrome it returns a timestamp such as 1334568226112, which is what I would expect from a Javascript date object created as new Date().getTime() for example.

However from the Blackberry I receive a 9 digit value such as 475884793.

Does anybody know what value the Blackberry is returning?

Example javascript is:

document.write(window.webkitPerformance.timing.responseStart);
