Horizontal Scroll Bars

BlackBerry Pearl 8130

Is there a way to specify horizontal scroll bars in the browser?

I've got an image that is wider than the screen and I don't want it resized.

Thanks,

Jon

Re: Horizontal Scroll Bars

Horizontal scrolling is supported by the BlackBerry Browser when it is in either Desktop Mode or Page View (selectable from the menu).  Column View and Mobile View do not support horizontal scrolling.

The version 4.6.0 BlackBerry Browser allows you to control the zoom level of a page when viewed in Page view, although this is not supported on the BlackBerry 8130.  The link below explains.

Re: Horizontal Scroll Bars

We have developed a web function to give to our associate to iFrame to their mobile website.

We cannot find the way to remove iFrame horizontal bar, even we make the content fit into the iFrame, as soon as the virtical bar appear, the horizontal bar shows.

Any suggestions and ways we can only remove the horizontal bar within the iFrame.

Thank you.
