I did a similar thing to Heiko - wrote a batch script to make it easier.
Mine works a bit differently though instead of relying on the path it just goes to the directories.
:: ====== SETTINGS ======
SET bbwpdir="C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks Packager for PlayBook\bbwp\"
SET deploydir="C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks Packager for PlayBook\bbwp\blackberry-tablet-sdk\bin\"
:: ====== RUN CODE ======
echo --- Build and Deploy WebWorks App ---
SET /p package=Enter the name of the package:
:: Find package file
IF EXIST %workingdir%%package%.zip (
CALL bbwp "%~dp0%package%.zip" /o "%workingdir%"
IF EXIST "%workingdir%%package%.bar" (
CALL blackberry-deploy -installApp -password %playbookpw% -device %playbookip% -package "%workingdir%%package%.bar"
) ELSE (
ECHO Error: Could not find the BAR file: %workingdir%%package%.bar
) ELSE (
ECHO Error: Could not find the package file: %~dp0%package%.zip
Hope that helps if anyone is having issues.
Just copy the code into a new CMD file, in the same directory as your webworks.zip file and run it.
