Installing VS 2008 Plug-in

This seems very trivial, but I cannot get the VS 2008 plug-in to install on a MS Server 2003 32bit box or a MS Vista 64 bit box. On both, I receive the message "Error reading setup initialization file". Is there a prereq that is needed before installation is possible?

Re: Installing VS 2008 Plug-in

Apparently the problem was caused by downloading the plug-in using chrome. Once I downloaded with IE, it worked.
