JavaScript Pop-up: GPS location pop-up

Hi All,

I am accessing my phone's (BB 8300) GPS location via the web browser, the information is then automatically posted posted to my web server. Everything is functioning 100% except the following..... 


After the post it refreshes the screen and the same pop-up - which I gave access to when I initially entered the page, with  the following "A JavaScript has requested the physical location of your device.  Do you wish to provide this to the script ?" appears again. Is there a way to set a session in the browser to stop this pop-up every time after the http post.  


Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Somebody has to have some thoughts around this!!! i tried sending the gps location information with xmlhttp in background so that the page don't have to refresh but I am running version 4.1 so that did not work. Smiley Sad

 

please guys any thoughts would help as I am running out of ideas here.!

@sneebly : doing background http requests requires AJAX features, that are not available for OS before 4.6. You will have to cope with reloading the page with a bit more session variables each time.
