We are using HTML5 to create an app which allows users to record time. So the user logs in, the files are downloaded to the AppCache (great) I'm able to record time. If I then close my web page in the blackberry device browser, and come back to the site straight after (from my history) then it always treats the app as its working offline (even when there is a 3G connection and WiFi connection present)
We have been investigatign this for the past week and its seems like, requests are not being made once we have come back to the web page. its just reading stuff from the application cache and saving to local storage.
This is website we are doing for our organisation so we have a BES server and all devices are connected to this.
Is there any settings we have to enable on the BES server to solve this problem?
Has anyone come across this issue before?
Any help / ideas would be very much appreciated.
