Please fix the issue tracker

It's been impossible to open bugs or feature requests for days.

The system collapses when trying to create a new issue, with the message: "The system has encountered an error. If you feel that you have reached this page by mistake, please wait a moment and try visiting the page again."

Sorry for any inconvenience with this.  Not sure why it was down, but thanks for being persistent.  I'll escalate this internally and try to maintain stability for next time.
