Portable version of WebWorks Packaging Tool

[ Edited ]

I'm pretty sure that there's not a portable version of the WebWorks packaging tool, but has anyone tried installing it to a USB drive and ran it from there on multiple computers?

I could see where Ripple might not work if you did that, but I would think that you would still be able to package/sign via the command line.

I'm mainly wondering about doing this for the Playbook/BB10, so no need for Java stuff (the Air SDK is portable so that wouldn't be an issue).

Re: Portable version of WebWorks Packaging Tool

I haven't tried this but you could throw the ripple installer on a USB drive. Install only takes a couple minutes.

I use 3 different computers for development (work PC, home PC and laptop MAC) and just installed it on all of them. I share my files with DropBox and it manages the upload/download for me.

Another option would be to use something like Splashtop and remote in through your PlayBook and pair it with a keyboard/mouse.
