Ripple cannot packge the Blackberry Webwork project

Hi All

I'm new to Blackberry Webwork and I'm trying to build the first ever webwork app for smart phone: the HelloWorld

I installed Blackberry Webworks SDK 2.3.1.5 for Smartphone in Win 7; with JDK 6 u33

My project located at C:\WWProjects\HelloWorld

I configured Ripple

SDK Path:        C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks SDK 2.3.1.5

Project Root:    C:\WWProjects\HelloWorld

Archive Name: HelloWorld

Output Folder: C:\WebworkOutput

While package using Ripple; it always returns an error:

" Oh Snap! Build request failed with message: CreateProcessW: The system cannot find the file specified."

I already set role for Java and bbwp to run as Administrator but it doesnt help.

Any one face a same problem and already overcome?

Re: Ripple cannot packge the Blackberry Webwork project

Can you confirm that you have the "WebWorks" platform active in Ripple, and not "WebWorks-TabletOS" ?  Since you are using the WebWorks for Smartphones SDK to build your app, you must ensure that the correct platform is activated.

If Ripple thinks it is trying to find the WebWorks SDK for Tablet OS, and you provided the path to the Smartphone version of the SDK, I'd expect to see the error message listed below.

Re: Ripple cannot packge the Blackberry Webwork project

Dear Astanley

I confirm that I chose Webwork Platform when starting Ripple!

I also tried to use Ripple plugin for Chrome with BB10 plat form but it no use!

I still can pack and sign my archive successfully with bbwp command.

Re: Ripple cannot packge the Blackberry Webwork project

okay, let's try something else.

Can you confirm that your PATH variable contains the following keys?

%SystemRoot%/system32

%SystemRoot%

Thanks so much, astanley.

It was my fault to overwrite the default PATH with Java JDK path. Now it works perfectly!
