We use our own custom framework, jQuery, and WebWorks.

jQuery, and a proprietary game engine. Pro tip, replace jQuery animations with css3 transitions wherever possible, much faster! Otherwise, I find Mootools generally has better performance with transitions and animations of DOM objects, at least on my Playbook.

 

Building amazing things with limited tools is my job.
