jQuery Mobile BB10 Theme is my current choice depsite it is still in beta.  Hopefully, BlackBerry will add more effort to push a official release soon, very soon.

I use Cocos2d-HTML5 for a little game I make tageting the Z10 and Q10. Quite nice to use.
