Thanks LBP for Your Reply,
I will check with the "blackberry.system.hasDataCoverage()".
And I will post here if I get the solution or not.

I have Use blackberry.system.hasDataCoverage() to check for offline mode.
But as i have already expalin, it's getting the Black Blank Screen.
I have used JQuery Mobile Transition Effect.
I think for JQuery Mobile its getting the error, coz it stuck in $.mobile.hidePageLoadingMsg();
Can you Help me!!!!

Are you using bbUI.js or something like that? May be you need to use webworksready event and init bbUI.js before using JQuery code??
What is defined in your config.xml as the <content> URL, a local file or a remote?

No, I am not using bbUI.js, I am using JqueryMobile.
If i use bbUI.js then i have to change so many code b'cpz i have already completed the project in online mode.
I want to Use the project in both Offline and online mode.
I am defining a local file in config.xml as the <content> URL.

So in config.xml you are calling eg. a local "index.html" and if the device is connected to web it works and if not it doesn't work? Anything in your .html referencing to online/remote ressources like script-/link-tags?

I have store all the src file inside the resources folder.
Still I am unable to find any solution.
Actually I don't find the error or any problem but my project stuck in offline mode.

MMMhhh, without a look into your project it seems impossible to help on this issue, isn't it?
