Signing App Issue - Spamming me with

Signature Tool seems to stop signing process between 20-50 approved signatures and then I recieve a flood of Successful Code Signing Request for Client  emails..

The Image below is the app which launches.

After I put the password in the status items on the *.cods begin to go green and count up but then the app appears to do hang and do nothing.

I'm using phonegap to build the cod.

Any ideas appreciated.. Thanks

Hi SlashEMc2k,

It looks like you have quite a few sibling cods, are you sure its hung and not just signing more files?

Re: Signing App Issue - Spamming me with

It seems to just get stuck I cant click any of the buttons and the signed status does not go up any more but I do recieve notifications comming in.The only way to close it is via task manager but it does not show there is an issue with the java app..

Is there a way to reduce the ammount of CODS that get generated?

I have a small app here with 33CODS and it runs through and generates fine without hanging.

I will do a test now and see if I get more than 306 emails.

That will help confirm that the app has somehow hung.

I have the following installed -

- jdk1.7.0_01

- JRE7

- BBWebWorks 2.2.0.15

- Phonegap 1.2

Laptop Spec -

- 8gb Ram

- SSD Drive

- i5 2.3ghz

- Win7

Re: Signing App Issue - Spamming me with

Hi SlashEMc2k,

The problem is Java 1.7. Unfortunately we only support java 1.6. You should be able to fix this by setting both your path and JAVA_HOME to point to 1.6 but there are several threads on our forums pertaining to this.

Re: Signing App Issue - Spamming me with

Hi,

I'm new to BB development. I tried to run the PhoneGap sample application and I have few questions:

- It spams 33 signing requests for a simple application and I receive 33 emails back. Why does it happen?

- Can I run the application on a device if I don't have an Internet connection neither on the phone or my desktop?

- Why does my device reboot every time I deploy the application?

I use JDK 6, PhoneGap sample application without changes, BB 9810 device, current version of WebWorks.

Thanks
