Re: Some Cool UI Examples

thanks bert2002,

If you look in my samples, you will see in the "ext" directory there is a jar file.  This is my extension for the spinner control.  To use the spinner you need to include this jar in your widget's "ext" directory and also include the <feature> element that you see in my example.

For the color to change for your buttons, you will want to trigger the "onmouseover()" event to change it's style.  If you look in the input example you will see how i'm doing this in javascript.

This will give you the "highlight" on select effect.

I'm digging your UI Smiley Happy

Re: Some Cool UI Examples

Hi Everyone,

I've updated the sample and added the following:

  • An Image List example showing how you can format simple lists in a kinda cool layout
  • Added a battery gauge example to show how you can put a progress bar on top of an existing background image
Enjoy Smiley Happy

Re: Some Cool UI Examples

Now updated to version 1.7.0

This version now includes an example of how to do tabs, much like the "Pull Button" example but with a more familiar "Tab" user interface

Enjoy Smiley Happy

Re: Some Cool UI Examples

Great examples Tim. I have put them into a VS2008 solution, although it crashes on me from time-to-time.

On an unrelated note, I'm wondering how long I have to have an avatar of a woman beside my posts Smiley Surprised

Re: Some Cool UI Examples

For your avatar you can change it by going to the "My Settings" at the top of the forum. You can pick from a bunch of avatars that are there Smiley Happy

[ Edited ]

Hi,

just created a small "about" template based on your UI. Thoght that is may be the right place and that somebody can use it as well.

2345i503A62D05BD2A6BD

2346iC846086771A990CD

it will create an menu entry (check the code if you already create other menu entries) and will print the information that you saved in the config.xml

How can I add an attachment? Anyway here the code.

just include the about.js in your index.html

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”about/js/about.js”></script>

Re: Some Cool UI Examples

Thanks for sharing!!  That screen looks nice!

You can upload an attachment using the Attachments area to the right of where you type in a post.  It took me forever to know it was there too Smiley Happy

Cheers
