I have the exact same problem with the same App. it worked fine since I first downloaded it. Today i downloaded a theme from the store and an Icon showed up to install a new version of the Mobihand app store.
I've tried all the same stuff with no luck. I also reverted back to my original theme just to see if there was a conflict-no luck.
Looking forward to some answers
BTW-I have a almost new BB Tour 9630 on the Verizon Network.

What I did was backed up my device, then I reinstalled my os, I have 4.0.297 and reinstalled everything. Then I went back to the mobihand app store and downloaded the app again. Now everything works just fine. I called my service provider and they said that when you get this message, it means the app got corrupted downloading. Hope this helps. The quick pull, hard battery pull did not work for me. Now everything is back to normal.

that sounds like a lot of effort. I can't believe we are the only people with this problem. I think at this point before i risk something going wrong with a back up and reinstall that i am not overly confident in doing I will just live with out the Mobihand app store.
