Using menus to open a new page in my app problem.

function load1() {
    open("page1.html");
}
function load2() {
    open("page2.html");
}

I was using Ripple to test my app since the actual simulators kill my computer and this seemed to work. It opened page1 and page2 in a new tab of Chrome. However on an actual Blackberry device using open() does not work. I can not for the life of me find what to replace it with.

Re: Using menus to open a new page in my app problem.

Hi Tsudeily,

try this:

function newsChannelMenuItem()

{

location.href = 'newschannel.html';

}
