Viewport issue on Blackberry Bold 9900 (os7)

I have developed a web app by sencha touch. It renders well in BB Z10 but in Blackberry Bold 9900, only top few pixels of the app shows up and rest of the screen remains white. I have tried inserting meta viewport tags like:

<meta name="viewport" id="viewport" content="width=device-width, height=device-height, user-scalable=no" />

but still I  face the same issue. Interestingly, when I inserted a script to enable remote debugging (jsconsole.com), the issue vanished i.e. app shows up in full screen. But when I remove that script, then again tha issue comes up.

Re: Viewport issue on Blackberry Bold 9900 (os7)

height=device-height does not 'stretch' the app to the full-height of your screen.  It inherits the height value from the container (called a BrowserField on BB7).  However, since there is nothing in the Sencha App that explicitly sets the height for the app, the BrowserField 'thinks' the page is only a few pixels high, and that is what's rendered

Suggestions:

1) change height=480

2) Use CSS to set the height of the html or body elements to 480

Your app doesn't work? Use BlackBerry remote web inspector to find out why.

I tried both of your suggestions but none of them worked.
