Hi we requested a web signal a couple of weeks ago and to date have heard nothing - no confirmation mail, no contact of any kind.
Does anyone know how long this process takes and if there should have been some communication by now?

I have recently learnt that the Web Signal approvals are processed by the same team that approves applications that people want to publish to AppWorld. That means that if you want to contact the Web Signal support at RIM, you can email them to the following address : firstname.lastname@example.org .
