Web Signals push behind a firewall

I would like to be able to push hourly production counts to the plant manager's BlackBerry.  It is a small manufacturing operation that does not have a BES.  These counts would be pushed from an internal server (behind a firewall) to only one BlackBerry.

Web Signals looks like the right direction but I will not be able to provide any URL on the server (such as a registration URL)  due to the originating server's firewall.

Can I achieve my goal with Web Signals or is there some other method I should explore?

Re: Web Signals push behind a firewall

You should be able to push the entire content of the web page you want them to view to the device via web signals.    It will be placed into the browser's cache and when they view the data, it will pull from the cache of the device instead of hitting your internal server URL.
