As mentioned in the guide, I gave installation folder for AdobeAIRSDK 2.7.1. It says incorrect SDK. I tried with 2.5, 3.0 and 3.7. Can some please help me to get me the correct version.

I'm on 3.6.19 works fine so it sounds like a path issue
It is quite possible that the error reported is now what it says it is
Check your path - not all of this is required (som is Droid)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Nmap;C:\apache-ant-1.9.0\bin;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_25\bin;C:\dev\adt-bundle\sdk\t
You need to reboot for the stuff to take effect

OK - likely got rid of the first issue
Try creating a batch file (build.bat)
set JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_25
..\..\bbwp %1 -g <password> -d -v -buildId %2
You will need to alter the path of JAVA_HOME
Place this file in a new directory called bars in....
C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks SDK for TabletOS 184.108.40.206\bbwp\bin\bars
Stick your password in the batch file
Now zip up an app and dump it in bars
Drop to a DOS prompt and type....
build testapp 1
The number needs to increase on every build as I'm explaining signed builds
When that works you need to isntall it on something
I feel your pain - it took me a whole day to get to a resiliant build system
Click my like button - I'm feeling neglected
