Typically this would be index,js but can happen up-stream
The usual error is some silly little tryo (done it here)
The most obvious is a comma rather than a dot or semi

I got the Native Extension working with my WebWorks app. The next step I need to solve is to send an SMS text message. I've been looking all over for a good example, but the only one I could find was a Cascades example. From other posts, I cannot use Cascade QT in a WebWorks extension.
Is there a good API reference document I could use to help me figure out how to send a simple SMS message via a WebWorks native extension?

That API I mentioned before is what I think you'll want to use. It's Cascades but should work in an Extension I think.
It uses QString, so you'll need to add the QCore library as well as the PIM library. That can be tricky to get right, so take a look at the DeviceInfo extension to make sure you get your libraries and include directories right. If you get an error message saying it can't find the extension .so file, then it's likely the includes that are broken.

That's awesome! Well done.
Would you be interested in contributing it to our BlackBerry Community APIs repo? You'd just need to sign the ICLA form which is a standard open source contribution form. Then do a pull request for that repo with your code.
Our repo is here: https://github.com/blackberry/WebWorks-Community-A

Since this extension never got posted, I just made a SMS Extension. I'm still adding features to it, but it already sends an SMS.
I'm putting the link for it below so that anyone that wants it can download it from here for the time being until it is finalized and uploaded to github.com/blackberry
