What Version of WebKit is included in Blackberry WebWorks?

All I can find is that is WebKit, which is useful because BBOS5 doesn't even have that! But a specific version would be better.

[ Edited ]

Morning Vijayasuthar - WebKit isn't actually included in WebWorks, it is part of the OS that WebWorks leverages. That said WebKit version depends on the OS version. We generally rebase with ever major OS release. I don't believe there is an official list of OS version and WebKit version, although I am looking to see if I can find anything.

Is there a specific piece of information you are looking for?

Re: What Version of WebKit is included in Blackberry WebWorks?

BBOS5 - No webkit

BBOS6 - Partial

BB0S7 - Think a 2 year old browser

BBOS10 - Above webkit - by quite a lot

Playbook is somewhere in the middle - a good browser but until a 10 update not as good as a 10 device

An easy place to check is html5test.com - it has all the numbers

The webkit version is listed under the settings app. About->OS then scroll to the bottom. It is a custom port, so you can't really think of it in the same vein as the main line branch.
