you can Aptana Studio.. I am using this.. and looks good to mee...very much similar to eclipse.. you can use different themes.. alsoo has good intellisense.

If you can read HTML, JS and CSS without refering to any manuals it'll be Notepad++
Anything else - use and IDE

Free, open-source, lightweight, autocomplete, minimap and many many other useful features.
You have dedicated button to preview your work with associated web browser.
Available for Windows, Mac, Linux.
Worth to check it out.
