Can you please give some idea if we don't want to hide the previous html page until the next page is not loaded.
Means we don't want the white screen between the page transactions.

You can learn about it and download it from here: https://github.com/blackberry/bbui.js
Regarding the browser, you mean you are opening a browser window via invoke? If yes, I don't think its possible to make such a transition, since it's a completely different app.

I am opening a childbrowser using plugins now is it possible in case.
And for bbUI.js
It quite big task to change the html page calling code because our app is working and its a big app so we need
to make a big change to call every html page using bbUI.js
Please suggest if we can do some changes in our js or phonegap to remove the white screen which comes in
between transition between two html pages
Your help will be really appreceable.

If you are changing the URL of the page you will always see a white flash just like any browser. It is tearing down the old page and loading in the new page.
The only way that applications/websites get around this is to load screens dynamically via AJAX ad document fragments. That way the URL of the page never change and the new document fragment can be animated when it is loaded.

And if i use bbUi.js
for page navigation for html's than should this white screen not come?
I have diffrent static html pages in which i am rendering the live data.

bbUI is one toolkit that takes this approach. You can also use jQuery mobile and Sencha in the same manner to remove the need to change URLs of the main document.
