cannot compile in WebWorks

I downloaded the mac version of WebWorks sdk for the Playbook, followed the instructions and installed fine.  But when I go to the command to compile the computer does not recognize bbwp...  I followed all the instructions but maybe I am doing something wrong.    Has anyone been able to compile in a Mac?  What am I missing?  Are there additional steps that I should be performing on the Mac?

Any info will be appreciated.
