cannot download any development tools

I'm trying to download VS plug in tool but it seems like the download section doesn't work: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=DC727151E5D55DDE1E950767CF861CA5&dl=...

 

please help if anyone knows what is going on.

 

I tried Chrome, IE, Firefox, the download just won't start.

Are you currently logged in with a DevZone login?

 

I just tried when I wasn't logged in and it stepped through the wizard right to the download.

 

Where is it stopping for you?

Yes I'm logged in. It display "download" button and I clicked that, page loading and done, nothing downloaded. This is a part of the page url developerdownload.do
