"When we launched CrackBerry.com 10 years ago, we set out to make it a fun and useful destination where BlackBerry Smartphone owners could share their excitement and learn to unleash the full potential of their BlackBerry. A decade later, the CrackBerry community is as active and passionate as ever and I know our knowledgeable members and volunteers will be excited to welcome and assist more BlackBerry owners with their questions."

Can we use the config.xml which are given in sample app codes?
IMO it depends on your use case and the functionality your app wants to use on the device (eg. phone/device identity, gps, shared folder, ...). Have a closer look to the config.xml documentation for WebWorks to put together the stuff needed/supported for your device and OS your request is referring to.

Add the following piece of source to the head element in your index.htm(l) or whatevener your config.xml is pointing to in the content-tag:
<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1.0, width=device-width, user-scalable=no, target-densitydpi=device-dpi" />
This will prevent scaling and zooming within the app.
