error module handle 723 not found

hi i've upgrade my bb (v. 5.0) and i install my bb my widget .. but when i open my app i receved this error : "module handle 723 not found" can help me to resolve this problem?

Hi There,

 

If you can answer a few questions we should be able to get you on the right track.

 

- What version of the 5.0 operating system are you using.. i.e. 5.0.0.x ?

- What device model number are you running the 5.0 operating system on? 9700 etc.

- Have you signed your widget with a RIM signing key?
