helloworld in Dev Alpha simulator

Hello,

I tried to run the helloworld sample https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/creating_a_bb10_app_2007539_11.html in the Dev Alpha simulator. However, all I am getting when the app launches is a black screen.

Would someone please help with suggestions on what might be wrong?

I used the Ripple Build & Launch feature and the build appears to be successful, as the app is successfully loaded in the simulator. The app runs, but all I get is a black screen.

The app does run correctly in the Ripple emulator.

I am using BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK 1.0.4.5. The Dev Alpha Simulator version is BB10_0_09-1101.

Thanks,

Re: helloworld in Dev Alpha simulator

I upgraded the Dev Alpha Simulator to BB10_0-10-261 and it's working now.

Cheers,
