implementing a confirmation dialog

Similar to the confirmation required when wiping a device (please type the word 'blackberry' to continue), using blackberry.ui.dialog? Currently it kinda works using blackberry.ui.dialog.D_PROMPT, with the exception that the OK button is always enabled. It should start disabled and only become enabled when the typed word matches the required confirmation word. I think all that'd be needed would be

1. the required confirmation word (optional)

2. the callback for textbox changed event (optional)

Re: implementing a confirmation dialog

Why not just use a HTML5 overlay?

Set opacity to .5, display a DIV and take the result - set opacity back to 1

That covers all situations

I use this kinda thing all the time

Re: implementing a confirmation dialog

I have done that in the past too. The trouble is styling it so it doesn't look out of place among all the other BB10 UI controls. Doing so in the ui.dialog would provide consistent look and feel.
