internet probs

While on  testing my application on the BlackBerry Z10, BlackBerry Q5 and BlackBerry Q10. After launching the app there's an error message appears "Error loading the app, check your internet connection" even if the device already connected to internet.

what could be the trble?

Can you please provide a sample application (index.html and config.xml) that produces this issue? You can use the code element to format code within responses. Without taking a look at the application, or investigating with Web Inspector, it's difficult to say what the cause of the message is.
