onTouchEnd when onTouchMove is not disabled

onTouchEnd event handler does not fire when onTouchMove is not disabled and you move finger after initial touch

If you do a touch and then move a finger tocuhEnd does not fire, if you touch and then lift in place it does. Is this intended?

Re: onTouchEnd when onTouchMove is not disabled

onTouchEnd fires only when you lift your finger off the screen.

Try performing the following events to see how these events occur:

onTouchStart (finger down) --> onTouchMove (drag finger) --> onTouchDown (finger up)
